Games Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 18 July 2026
These terms are provided for transparency about how CoinXchange Games works and what you are agreeing to when you use it. They are not legal advice to you. If you need advice about whether you may lawfully use the Service where you live, consult a qualified professional in your own jurisdiction.
1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of the games section of CoinXchange (the “Games,” or the “Service”), available at coinxchange.xyz/games. They apply in addition to the general CoinXchange Terms & Conditions. By connecting a wallet to, or placing any stake through, the Games, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by both sets of terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any change takes effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after that point means you accept the revised terms. The “last updated” date above tells you when this version was published.
2. What CoinXchange Games is — and what it is not
CoinXchange Games is a non-custodial software interface to a set of smart contracts deployed on BNB Smart Chain (BSC). It lets you interact with games of chance that are played player-versus-player and settled entirely on-chain in USDT (the BEP-20 token on BNB Chain).
Two games are live:
- Duels — a 1-versus-1 coin flip between two players who stake an equal amount. One player wins the combined pot, less a protocol fee (see Section 6). You play against the other player, not against the platform.
- The Pot — a communal jackpot. Multiple players buy in with USDT, and a single on-chain random draw selects one winner, who takes the pot, less a protocol fee. Every entrant has a chance proportional to the rules of that round; nobody is guaranteed to win.
CoinXchange Games is software. It is not a bank, a broker, a casino operator holding your money, a fund, or an investment product. It does not offer, and must never be understood as offering, savings, yield, guaranteed returns, passive income, or any way to reliably “grow” money. It is a form of gambling. Gambling carries a real and material risk of losing the money you stake. Over time, the protocol fee means the expected value of play is negative — that is, players as a whole pay more in than is paid back out, and you should expect to lose money on average. Only ever stake funds you can afford to lose entirely.
3. Non-custodial: we never hold your funds
The Service is non-custodial. CoinXchange never takes custody, control, or possession of your funds at any point. Every stake, draw, and payout is a smart-contract transaction that moves value directly wallet-to-wallet on BNB Chain. Your funds stay in your own self-custodied wallet until you sign a transaction, and winnings are paid by the contract straight to the winner’s wallet.
Because of this:
- You control your keys and your assets at all times. We cannot access, freeze, move, or recover your funds.
- Transactions are irreversible. Once you submit a stake or a draw to the blockchain, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, refunded, or recovered by us or by anyone. Confirm every detail before you sign.
- You are responsible for your own wallet. Loss of your private keys or seed phrase, sending to a wrong address, or approving a malicious transaction is outside our control and cannot be undone.
4. Provably fair — outcomes you can verify yourself
Game outcomes are decided by Chainlink VRF (Verifiable Random Function), an industry-standard on-chain source of randomness. VRF produces a random result together with a cryptographic proof that the result was not predicted, chosen, or altered by any player or by the operator. The draw and the payout are executed and recorded by the smart contract on BNB Chain.
This means every result is publicly auditable. Anyone can inspect the VRF request, the random result, and the payout on the BNB Chain block explorer, BscScan, using the published contract addresses. Because there is no house bankroll (see Section 5), the operator cannot change the odds of a game — it can only collect the disclosed protocol fee. We publish the live contract addresses and a plain-language explanation of how to verify a result on our Provably Fair page.
Provable fairness means the randomness is genuine and verifiable. It does not mean you will win, that the game is low-risk, or that outcomes are anything other than chance. A fair game of chance is still a game you can lose.
5. Player-versus-player — no house bankroll
You play against other players, not against CoinXchange. The platform does not bank the games, does not take the other side of your bet, and does not profit from your losses beyond the transparent protocol fee described below. Pots are funded by the players who enter them, and are paid out to the winning player by the contract. The operator has no financial stake in who wins.
6. Fees
A protocol fee (rake) of 10% is deducted from each pot; the remainder is paid to the winner. For example, in a Duel the two equal stakes form the pot, the 10% fee is taken, and the winner receives the rest — so two 100-USDT stakes make a 200-USDT pot, and the winner is paid 180 USDT, not 200.
The fee may differ per game and may change over time. The authoritative fee for any game is the value published on-chain and read from the contract (its rakeBps() value) at the time you play — the smart contract, not this page, is the source of truth. You can read the current fee directly from the contract on BscScan.
Separately, you pay network gas fees (charged by BNB Chain) and the cost of the VRF randomness draw for the games that require one. These are paid by you as part of the transaction and are not fees charged by CoinXchange. Gas and draw costs vary with network conditions.
7. Eligibility
To use the Service you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age required by the law where you are — whichever is greater;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these terms;
- Not be a resident or national of, or accessing the Service from, any Restricted Territory (see Section 8 and our Eligibility & Restricted Territories notice);
- Not be an individual or entity subject to sanctions, including those on the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) lists or any equivalent list; and
- Be acting lawfully under the rules that apply to you.
Eligibility is by your own representation, not something we verify: we do not screen or geo-block your location. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements. You are solely responsible for ensuring that using the Service is legal for you in your location, and for any consequences of using it where it is not. We reserve the right to decline or limit access at our discretion.
8. Restricted Territories
The Service is not offered to residents or nationals of, or persons accessing from, certain excluded jurisdictions, including any jurisdiction where online or crypto gambling is prohibited or where the operator has chosen not to make the Service available, and any territory subject to comprehensive sanctions.
The territories currently excluded are the United States (and its territories and possessions), the United Kingdom, and every jurisdiction subject to comprehensive OFAC sanctions (including Iran, Syria, Cuba, North Korea, Russia, Belarus, Venezuela, Myanmar, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions), together with any other place where the Games are unlawful. This list is not exhaustive and may be expanded; the full, current list is set out in our Eligibility & Restricted Territories notice. We do not screen or geo-block by region — it is your own representation and responsibility. If you are in, or a resident or national of, a Restricted Territory, you may not use the Service, and any use is at your own risk and in breach of these terms. Nothing here implies the operator is licensed to offer the Service in any territory.
9. Anti-money-laundering
Because the Service is non-custodial and never holds, exchanges, or transmits your funds — value moves wallet-to-wallet through smart contracts — the operator does not act as a custodian or money-services business. This is a factual description of how the software works and is not a claim to hold any regulatory registration or to operate a formal KYC/AML program.
You must not use the Service to launder money, to move the proceeds of crime, or to evade sanctions or any law that applies to you, and you must comply with all anti-money-laundering and sanctions laws that apply to you. We reserve the right to restrict access and to cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
10. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service where it is prohibited for you, or while under the minimum age;
- Use funds derived from unlawful activity, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- Use bots, scripts, automation, exploits, or any manipulation of the smart contracts or the interface to gain an unfair advantage or interfere with fair play;
- Collude with other players, or use multiple wallets or accounts, to manipulate a pot or outcome; or
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer for exploit, or attack the Service, the contracts, or the underlying network.
11. Responsible play
Gambling can be harmful and addictive. Please play responsibly, set your own limits, use a separate wallet holding only money you can afford to lose, and take breaks. If gambling is affecting you or someone you know, help is available — see our Responsible Gaming page for warning signs, self-limiting guidance, and links to independent support organisations. Because the Service is non-custodial and has no account, we cannot technically enforce a self-exclusion register the way a licensed operator can; practical steps for stepping away are described on that page.
12. Risk and no financial advice
Using the Service involves significant risk, including the loss of all funds you stake. Additional risks include:
- Crypto volatility — the value of USDT, other tokens, and gas can change, and stablecoins can deviate from their peg.
- Smart-contract risk — code can contain bugs or be exploited; on-chain interactions are irreversible; audits reduce but do not eliminate this risk.
- Regulatory uncertainty — the law around crypto and online gambling is evolving and varies by country.
Nothing on CoinXchange Games is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is a solicitation or a promise of any outcome or return. There are no guaranteed winnings. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for your tax and legal compliance. See our Risk Disclaimer for the full risk disclosure. Use the Service entirely at your own risk.
13. No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or secure, that any data displayed is accurate or current, or that the smart contracts or underlying networks (BNB Chain, Chainlink VRF, RPC and node providers, wallet software, and other third-party infrastructure) will perform without fault. Those third-party services are outside our control and are governed by their own terms.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoinXchange and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including losses from gameplay outcomes, irreversible transactions, smart-contract failures, network conditions, or the acts or omissions of any third-party infrastructure. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Intellectual property
The CoinXchange name, brand, interface, and content are owned by the operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you any right to use them except as needed to use the Service normally.
16. Governing law and disputes
There is no operating company behind the Service (see Section 17), so these terms do not designate a specific national court or governing law. You access and use the Service entirely at your own risk and on your own responsibility, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you where you live. Any dispute or claim is handled with you individually and directly, and our liability is limited as set out in Section 14 and in the Risk Disclaimer. Nothing here removes any right you have under a mandatory law that applies to you.
17. Operator and contact
CoinXchange Games is an independent, informal project run by an individual. It is not licensed as a gambling operator, is not regulated by any gambling authority, and holds no gambling licence, certification, or approval. We do not claim otherwise. There is no operating company, registered entity, or corporate address behind the Service — it is an individual, unlicensed software project. We lead on what is true and verifiable — non-custodial funds, provably-fair VRF outcomes, player-versus-player play with no house bankroll, all auditable on-chain — rather than on any licence or authority we do not hold.
Questions about these terms, or responsible-gaming requests, can be sent to [email protected].
