The Games are gambling. You stake real value (USDT on BNB Chain) on an outcome decided by chance, and you can lose the full amount you stake.

• Duels is a 1v1 player-versus-player coin flip: two players stake equal amounts, and the winner takes the pot minus a protocol fee. One of the two players loses their entire stake on every round.
• The Pot is a communal jackpot: multiple players buy in with USDT, and a single on-chain random draw selects one winner who takes the pot minus a protocol fee. Everyone who is not drawn loses their buy-in.

There is no skill that changes the odds, no strategy that guarantees a win, and no “system” that beats the draw. Outcomes are random and losses are a normal, expected part of playing. Only ever stake funds you can genuinely afford to lose without affecting your finances, your obligations, or your wellbeing.

A transparent protocol fee (rake) of 10%is deducted from each pot before the winner is paid. (The fee can differ per game and is set on-chain — the current rate is always readable directly from the contract’s rakeBps() value and verifiable on BscScan; see our Provably-Fair explainer.)

Because a fee is taken from every pot, the total amount paid out to players is less than the total amount staked. This means that, on average and over time, players as a group lose money, and your own mathematically expected result is a net loss.Winning streaks are possible and real, but they do not change the underlying maths. Do not treat past wins — yours or anyone else’s — as a prediction of future results.

The Games are entertainment, not a financial product. You must not treat them as, and we do not offer them as:

• an investment, trading strategy, or way to grow your money;
• a savings account, yield product, or store of value;
• a source of passive, guaranteed, recurring, or “easy” income;
• a way to recover previous losses, pay debts, or generate a living.

No outcome is guaranteed. Anyone who tells you that these Games — or any gambling — will reliably make you money is wrong, and if the claim comes from someone promoting the Games, it is not authorised by us and should not be believed. If you are looking to invest or save, a gambling game is the wrong tool, and you should speak to a licensed financial professional.

The Games are played with cryptocurrency on a public blockchain, which carries its own risks independent of the game outcome:

• Volatility. The value of USDT, the BNB used for network fees, and any crypto you convert to or from them can change. While USDT is designed to track the US dollar, no stablecoin is risk-free, and de-pegging events have occurred across the industry.
• Network fees and costs. Every action — staking, drawing, and paying out — is an on-chain transaction. You pay BNB Chain network gas fees, and every game settled by a Chainlink VRF draw (both Duels and The Pot) incurs the VRF draw cost, paid in native BNB by the player who triggers the draw. These costs are separate from your stake and are non-refundable, even if a transaction fails or reverts.
• Irreversibility. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded once submitted. There is no chargeback, no “undo,” and no customer-service reversal. If you send funds to the wrong place, sign the wrong transaction, or lose access to your wallet, those funds are generally unrecoverable.
• Wallet and key security. The Games are non-custodial — we never hold your funds, and we cannot access, freeze, restore, or recover your wallet or private keys. Their security is entirely your responsibility.

The Games run on smart contracts and depend on third-party infrastructure. Even carefully written code carries risk:

• Smart contracts may contain bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities that could be exploited or could cause a transaction to behave unexpectedly. Testing and review reduce but never eliminate this risk.
• The Games rely on external services — including BNB Chain itself, RPC/node providers, Chainlink VRF for randomness, wallet software, and network connectivity — any of which can fail, be delayed, be congested, or be attacked, potentially affecting a game or a payout.
• The interface, the underlying contracts, or supporting services may be unavailable, interrupted, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.

You interact with the smart contracts “as is” and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from contract behaviour, exploits, third-party failures, or downtime. See the Games Terms & Conditions for the full liability terms.

We use Chainlink VRF (a verifiable random function) so that game outcomes are decided by publicly verifiable, tamper-resistant randomness settled on-chain and auditable on BscScan. This is a genuine fairness and transparency feature — it lets you confirm that neither we nor any other player rigged the result.

However, “provably fair” only means the draw is honest and verifiable. It does not mean you will win, and it does not reduce your risk of losing. A fair game with a house edge is still a game you should expect to lose over time (see Section 2). Do not read “provably fair” as any kind of assurance of profit or safety.

The law around crypto assets and online gambling is complex, evolving, and differs significantly from one country and region to another. In some places, participating in games like these is restricted or prohibited.

• You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you, including whether you are legally permitted to play, and for any tax you owe on winnings or losses.
• The Games are 18+ only (or the higher minimum age that applies where you are).
