Shop Terms

CoinXchange Shop lets you buy digital products — gift cards, mobile recharges and eSIM data plans — and pay with CXGT. The products are supplied by independent third-party digital goods suppliers and the brands that issue them. CoinXchange acts as your purchasing agent: it converts your CXGT on-chain, settles with the supplier and delivers the product to you. CoinXchange does not issue the products and is not affiliated with the brands.

You pay in CXGT from your own wallet in one on-chain transaction routed through independent third-party liquidity providers. The price shown at checkout is the full, all-inclusive price for the product and CoinXchange's service; it is locked for the time shown. Network (gas) costs on BNB Chain are yours.

Orders are limited per transaction and per day; limits are shown when they apply.

Products are delivered digitally on the order screen and in My Orders for the wallet that paid, normally within minutes of your transaction confirming. Recharges are applied by the operator to the phone number you entered. eSIM plans are delivered as an activation QR code.

Gift-card codes, recharges and eSIMs are non-refundable once issued or delivered. Codes are bearer instruments: anyone who has the code can use it, so keep it safe. Check the phone number, country and amount before you pay — a recharge to a wrong number cannot be reversed.

If a delivery fails or a code is proven defective, tell us within 7 days at [email protected] with your order id. Where a refund is due it is paid in USDC on Base to the wallet that paid, at the USD value of the order, less network fees. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

Brand names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify the products. Brands do not sponsor or endorse CoinXchange. Each product carries the brand's own redemption terms, country restrictions and expiry. Availability and denominations can change without notice.

You must be at least 18 and able to lawfully purchase the product in your country. Restricted regions in the main Terms apply.

We store the phone number or email you enter for delivery and support, your wallet address and transaction hash, and your encrypted delivery data, for 180 days. We do not perform identity checks. See the Privacy Policy.

The Shop is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, CoinXchange's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Sections 7 to 9 of the main Terms apply.
