Jackpot Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 28 August 2026

These terms are provided for transparency about how the CoinXchange Jackpot works and what you are agreeing to when you use it. They are not legal advice. If you need advice about whether you may lawfully participate where you live, consult a qualified professional in your own jurisdiction.

1. What the Jackpot is

The CoinXchange Jackpot (the “Service”) is a non-custodial interface to a daily lottery operated by a third-party prize pool protocol — autonomous smart contracts deployed on a public blockchain that we do not own, operate, or control. CoinXchange is not the lottery operator: we provide software that lets you purchase tickets from that protocol using CXGT in a single cross-chain transaction.

  • Tickets are issued directly to your own wallet as on-chain tokens. We never hold your tickets, your funds, or your winnings.
  • Draws are settled by the protocol using verifiable on-chain randomness; results and payouts are publicly auditable on the blockchain.
  • Prizes are claimed by you, from your own wallet, directly from the protocol’s contracts. CoinXchange cannot pay, withhold, or reverse a prize.

2. Gambling risk

The Jackpot is gambling. Ticket purchases are a real-money game of chance with a real risk of losing the full amount spent. It is never an investment, savings, or a source of income. Only ever spend what you can afford to lose.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 or older, or the higher legal minimum in your jurisdiction.
  • The Service is decentralized web3 software with no geo-blocking. You are responsible for ensuring that participating in an on-chain lottery is lawful where you live. Do not use the Service where it is unlawful.
  • We do not verify age, identity, or location; your use of the Service is your representation that you meet these requirements.

4. No license; no operator relationship

CoinXchange holds no gambling license and does not operate a lottery. The underlying protocol is operated by an unaffiliated third party under its own arrangements. Any licensing held by that third party is its own and does not extend to CoinXchange or to you.

5. Fees and pricing

  • The ticket price is set by the protocol in USD-denominated stablecoins. When you pay in CXGT, the CXGT amount is computed from live market routing at the moment of your purchase and includes swap, routing, and service fees (shown before you confirm).
  • CoinXchange and its partners earn fees on purchases routed through the Service, including a routing fee and protocol-standard referral fees. These never increase the protocol ticket price you would pay on-chain.

6. Cross-chain execution

Your purchase is executed by third-party routing infrastructure across public blockchains. Execution normally completes in minutes but is not instant and not guaranteed. If the final purchase step cannot complete, the routed funds are delivered to your own wallet on the destination chain — they are never held by us. Network congestion, gas conditions, and protocol cut-off times (purchases close shortly before each draw) can affect which draw your tickets enter.

7. No warranties; limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinXchange is not liable for losses arising from the underlying protocol, blockchains, bridges, wallets, market prices, or your own errors (including sending funds to wrong addresses or missing draw cut-offs).

If gambling is a problem for you, stop and seek help. See our Responsible Gaming page for resources and self-exclusion guidance.
