Grow Terms
Last updated: July 9, 2026
1. Nature of the service
CoinXchange Grow (the “Service”) is a non-custodial interface for depositing crypto into third-party yield vaults. We never take custody, control, or possession of your funds. All deposits and withdrawals are executed on-chain directly from your self-custodied wallet, interacting with the vault smart contracts themselves — you remain in full control of your assets and private keys at all times. We cannot reverse, cancel, or recover a transaction once it is submitted to the blockchain.
2. Third-party vault protocols
Deposits made through the Service sit in independent third-party yield protocols (for example, established lending and vault markets) and their associated smart contracts. CoinXchange does not operate, own, or control these protocols and does not guarantee their availability, solvency, or security.
Protocol risk — including smart-contract bugs or exploits, protocol insolvency, and de-pegging of underlying assets — is borne entirely by you. CoinXchange is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any underlying vault protocol. All product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
3. Yields
Annual percentage yields (APYs) displayed on the Service are variable, set by the underlying protocols and markets, and are not guaranteed. Yields can change at any time, including after you deposit, and the yield you actually earn may be lower than the figure displayed when you deposited.
Displayed APY figures are estimates sourced from third-party data and may lag real-time protocol conditions. CoinXchange is not responsible for the accuracy or timeliness of this data.
4. Fees
A service fee of up to 1% applies to deposits made through the Service and is included in the quoted amount shown before you confirm. Withdrawals carry no CoinXchange service fee. Network (gas) fees and any fees charged by the underlying third-party protocol are separate, set by the respective networks and protocols, and are not collected by CoinXchange.
5. Third-party routing
Deposits and withdrawals are routed across independent third-party routing and vault infrastructure. We do not operate or control this infrastructure and are not responsible for its performance, availability, pricing, slippage, or security. Quotes are estimates and final amounts may differ due to on-chain conditions.
6. Risk & no financial advice
Cryptocurrency involves significant risk, including the potential loss of all funds. Yield vault positions are not deposit or savings products, are not insured by any government or private scheme, and their value can go down as well as up. Nothing on CoinXchange is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is a solicitation to deposit. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Only use funds you can afford to lose.
7. No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any displayed yield or market data is accurate or current.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinXchange and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service or from the acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party protocol or smart contract.
9. Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions can be directed to the CoinXchange team through our official channels.
